  • What services do you offer for property owners?

    We handle marketing, tenant screening, leasing, rent collection, maintenance, and legal compliance. We also provide financial reporting through our owner portal.

  • How are maintenance issues handled?

    Tenants submit requests through our portal. Minor issues are handled in-house; larger repairs are assigned to licensed vendors.

  • Can I approve repairs before they are completed?

    For repairs over $XXX, owner approval is required. Emergency repairs are done immediately for safety.

  • How do I receive rental income?

    Rent is direct-deposited into your account by the 10th of each month.

  • How are tenants screened?

    Our screening includes:

    • Credit Check (600+ recommended)
    • Income Verification (2.5x rent)
    • Rental History
    • Criminal Background Check

  • How do I access my financial statements?

    Log into your Owner Portal for real-time financial reports, statements, and maintenance logs.

  • Can you help with property marketing?

    Yes! We list properties on Zillow, Facebook, and rental sites, conduct virtual tours, and host showings.

  • How do I terminate my management agreement?

    We require a 60-day written notice. Any pending maintenance or tenant issues must be resolved before the transition.
